Industry superfund boards become a ‘retirement home’ for former Labor colleagues

Sky News Australia published this video item, entitled “Industry superfund boards become a ‘retirement home’ for former Labor colleagues” – below is their description.

Daily Telegraph’s National Political Editor John Rolfe says the boards of industry superfunds have become “something of a retirement home” for former Labor Party cabinet members. “They are raking it in as the chairs of these industry superfunds,” Mr Rolfe told Sky News host Rowan Dean. “What their boards are doing is they’re overseeing massive massive pay increases in some instances more than an average person’s entire wage in an era where the regular worker can’t get a pay increase at all.”
