One month after a plane crashed into the Java Sea carrying 62 passengers – Indonesian investigators say it is still too early to determine what caused the crash.

The Sriwijaya Air crash was Indonesia’s third major aviation disaster in six years – and experts say more needs to be done to avert future crashes.
