Authorities in Indonesia’s capital have reintroduced stricter COVID-19 restrictions in an effort to reduce the strain on the city’s healthcare system. Doctors say the system is close to collapsing and hospital beds will be filled within weeks if the government does not intervene. Indonesia has more COVID-19 deaths than anywhere else in the region.
