    Indonesian authorities on January 21, 2021, ended the search operation for the remaining victims of the Sriwijaya Air Boeing 737-500 jet that crashed on January 9 and killed all 62 people on board. Divers retrieved a flight data recorder – the so-called black box – but only the casing of the cockpit voice recorder was found. Its memory unit is still missing.
