New Delhi authorities have passed emergency measures to address dangerously high pollution levels.

The city ordered schools to close and building works to be halted, before India’s Supreme Court shuttered offices, forcing millions of people to work from home.

But experts say these efforts are not enough to solve the crisis, as Al Jazeera’s Pavni Mittal reports from New Delhi.
