In Ugandan elections, President Museveni has 65% of the vote with opposition candidate Bobi Wine at 27% with a third of ballots counted. Meanwhile, Wine says the military have taken over his home. In CAR, some 60,000 people have fled the country since a coalition of rebel groups launched a series of attacks there. Those rebel groups are protesting the result of last month’s presidential election.Pirates in the West African region kidnapped 130 seafarers in 22 separate incidents last year.
