Incapital and 280 CapMarkets agreed to merge and create a fintech company called InspereX. The new company will become a unique fintech firm with a mission of improving fixed income distribution and trading for all market participants. The deal is expected to close by the end of Q1 this year. Incapital co-founder and chairman Tom Ricketts joins ‘Closing Bell’ to discuss.
