    In a statement to the Commons, Chancellor Rishi Sunak reveals details on a new financial support package. In addition to a new grant scheme in which local authorities will be be able to distribute cash grants to struggling businesses, Sunak announced the government will double the maximum support available to the self employed from 20 per cent to 40 per cent.     His father-in-law is billionaire founder of Indian IT giant, Infosys, NR Narayana Murthy.
