Another truck driver has travelled through South Australia while infectious with Covid-19, the second this week. The man in his 30s travelled from Victoria, and tested positive yesterday. A passenger in his truck has tested negative. There are two new exposure sites, both service stations.
SA Chief Public Health Officer Prof Nicola Spurrier says the new case is a Victorian man in his 30s who entered the state and has since left. He was not vaccinated.
There are only two new public exposure sites – two petrol stations. The Liberty service station in Glenunga and the Coles Express at Tailem Bend, early in the morning.
Fifty-six contacts have been identified from the case yesterday, she says.
