‘I’ll be going for a pint later’ says British coronavirus patient released from quarantine

The 83 British coronavirus evacuees held in Arrowe Park Hospital, Merseyside have been released from quarantine after 14 days.

The group had been in isolation since returning from Wuhan in China amid the coronavirus outbreak but all tested negative for the virus.

One of the quarantined patients, Matt Raw, said he was looking forward to going to the pub following the two week stint.

He also said he will definitely be returning to Wuhan, adding “it’s still home from home for me”.
