7NEWS Australia published this video item, entitled “Iconic Graceville phone box one of growing number of street libraries across Queensland | 7NEWS” – below is their description.

It’s unlike any library you’ve ever seen before, but this eye-catching Graceville phone box is one of hundreds of small street libraries across South East Queensland.

Its owners Katie and Derek Forbes say the project, which took a whole year to build, helped them build closer connections in their area, as the trend continues to grow across Australia.

“It’s a good way to feel part of the community as well, and we’ve had such a positive community response.” – Derek Forbes.
