Hundreds turn up for silent vigil to ‘bring home’ Londoner Zara Aleena

Daily Mail published this video item, entitled “Hundreds turn up for silent vigil to ‘bring home’ Londoner Zara Aleena” – below is their description.

Hundreds of mourners have gathered at a silent vigil dedicated to aspiring lawyer Zara Aleena who was killed as she walked home from a night out with friends. The memorial, organised by Ms Aleena’s family, kicked off from Cranbrook Road, Ilford, near to the site where the aspiring lawyer was set upon and killed in the early hours of Sunday morning. Many of those walking along Cranbrook Road donned white clothing while mourners left dozens of bouquets of flowers and cards in tribute to Ms Aleena. Roads have been closed in the area to allow the crowd to walk the 10-minute journey from the scene of her attack to her home.
