Claude Moraes, a British MEP and Chair of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs, discusses the migrant and refugee crisis in the EU. He blames EU member states for what he calls a “huge failure” and an “existential crisis” for the bloc. He also talks about the situation in the UK, the economic risks inherent to Brexit and how the relationship between the UK and the EU could evolve.
