    A second attempt to offer Canberrans discounts to local restaurants, retail and services has been put on hiatus just days after launching as technical issues continue to plague the site.

    ChooseCBR launched on Wednesday with a pot of $2 million for Canberrans to spend on local businesses, offering as much as 50 per cent off for customers.
