Sultan Gustaf Al Ghozali, 22, traded his 900-strong pic collection as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) throughout the year, racking up the unbelievable $1.04 million sum.
Ghozali’s vacant gaze was an unlikely hit with the crypto community after an Indonesian celebrity chef publicized the collection and the shots went viral, with individual snaps trading for up to $3,000.
The millionaire student is hanging up his selfie stick, however, vowing not to list any more NFTs and to start investing his selfie proceeds.
