    On Friday former political staffer Brittany Higgins will meet Prime Minister Scott Morrison and Opposition Leader Anthony Albanese and outline some of the reforms she believes are necessary to change the poisonous culture of bullying and sexual harassment that has been exposed in Parliament House in recent months.

    But as chief political correspondent Laura Tingle reports Australia is not the only country that has had to confront this problem
