How it sounds to drive on Mars

RT published this video item, entitled “How it sounds to drive on Mars” – below is their description.

Following its touchdown on #Mars last month, NASA’s Perseverance rover has sent back some eerie audio recordings of the red planet. This video includes the howl of the Martian wind and the somewhat unpleasant sounds of the rover driving across the planet’s surface.

Perseverance is the fifth rover to travel the 246 million kilometers to Mars and is equipped with two microphones, along with an array of specialized equipment. This $2.2 billion robot, which is about the size of a car, will hopefully shed more light on the history of our solar system in the years to come.
