In this video we look at different approaches taken to tackling Covid-19: social distancing, lockdowns, mass testing and herd immunity. These are different approaches to the same issue: stoping the spread and trying to flatten the curve, that’s the idea that in fighting this pandemic – we need to slow the rate of infections to give hospitals the chance to deal with patients without being overwhelmed – as well as giving us more time to find remedies and vaccines.
