The UK’s Sky News reported on the resignation of Sir Philip Rutnam from the Home Office:

Home Office boss Sir Philip Rutnam has quit and says he will sue the government after being the “target of a vicious and orchestrated briefing campaign”.

In a tearful resignation statement, which will rock Whitehall, the former permanent secretary confirmed widespread reports of a bitter feud with Home Secretary Priti Patel.
