Recent from RT:
‘Human Popeye’ didn’t get his mahoosive arms from downing cans of spinach, he was born this way.
If you found Jeff Dabe’s hand prints in the sand or on a steamy window, you’d probably think the BFG was in town, and you wouldn’t be wrong. Dabe’s forearms measure 49 centimeters (19 inches) in circumference, which to give you some scale, is absolutely huge. The base of his fourth digit is five inches, meaning his wedding ring is the size of your watch. But although some might find him intimidating, Dabe is softly spoken and smiley.
From Stacy, Minnesota, Dabe says he was picked on for his unique features when he was younger. However, once the bullies realized how strong he was, they suddenly had better things to do. He sees his bigger hands and arms as a gift, and says the only issue he has is trying to find clothes that fit.
Quite literally playing to his strengths, Dabe made a career out of arm wrestling. After around 40 years in the game, he is still almost unbeatable.
