Helping Hand: Algerian businessman ready to pay for all burkini fines in France

Three French cities have now introduced bans on burkinis. The first to imposed fines was Cannes where authorities also escorted several women from the beach for wearing the all-body Muslim swimsuits. The burkini bans in France have provoked debate in the rest of Europe where some countries have already outlawed wearing burqas and niqabs. However, now Algerian businessman Rashid Nekkaz has offered to help those falling foul of the new French bans.
