    Heathrow Airport is preparing for an influx of passengers travelling abroad when restrictions are eased.

    From May 17, people will be allowed to travel internationally for non-essential reasons, which means many will be going on their first holiday abroad this year.

    The aviation and travel industry is hoping pent-up demand is released when the restrictions are eased.

    However, uncertainty over which countries allow British tourists to visit has led to some operators cancelling their trips
