    As the economy reopens, demand is roaring back. But delays at the ports are slowing efforts to get goods where they need to go. In March, only 40% of container ships arrived on time, compared to about 70% the previous two years. Gene Seroka, executive director of the Port of Los Angeles, joined “Squawk Box” on Friday to discuss.
