Haiti suffers from post-hurricane cholera outbreak

Health authorities in Haiti are dealing with a new outbreak of cholera following the devastation caused by Hurricane Matthew last month.
Cholera has already killed nearly 10,000 Haitians since the earthquake in 2010.
