It is the rainy season in the #CentralAfricanRepublic… And especially the #caterpillar season. In the forests of Lobaye, in the south of the country, caterpillars are harvested for a month, to eat and sell. A financial and nutritional manna for a population suffering from #foodInsecurity… In Central Africa, “makongo” is the most famous dish, which can only be eaten during one month of the year.
