Growing evidence aspirin can do more harm than good in people over 70 | ABC News

In the US, ABC News is reporting that, despite many widely held beliefs, Asperin may to more harm than good in people aged 70 or above.

Around the world, aspirin has previously been prescribed as a preventative medicine. However new research from Monash University has found there’s growing evidence the drug can do more harm than good in some people over the age of 70 if it’s used daily for a prolonged period of time.
