A survivor of the Grenfell Tower fire today accused the building’s managers of covering up fire risks at the block.

Edward Daffarn, who lived on the 16th floor, told the inquiry into the disaster safety concerns were repeatedly ignored. Mr Daffarn was part of a residents group who warned about “a catastrophic event” just months before the fire
