    Transport Secretary Grant Shapps said Friday the UK was “moving in a positive direction” following the announcement more countries have been moved to a green ‘watch list’ for international travel.

    “It means you can go, it’s treated like a green list, but we’re just being completely open with the data that the scientists have given us in saying, there are one or two concerns, it might mean that we have to perhaps respond quickly.”

    He encouraged travellers to get insurance and ensure their flights and accommodation were “changeable.”
