    A group of Senate Republicans have unveiled a counterproposal to President Joe Biden’s more than $2 trillion infrastructure plan. Sen. Shelley Moore Capito (R – W.Va.), who is leading the GOP infrastructure effort, joined “Squawk Box” on Friday to discuss how she hopes to come to an agreement with the White House and other Democrats in Congress.
