    Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced the opening of an investigation into third-party groups working to register residents in other states to vote in Georgia. “Voting in Georgia when you are not a resident is a felony, and encouraging college kids to commit felonies is despicable,” he said during a news conference in Atlanta, on Monday, November 30, 2020.
