Armenia and Azerbaijan’s nearest neighbour is feeling the ripple effects of the conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh. On Saturday, Georgia will elect a new parliament. Azeri and Armenian minorities make up 10 percent of the population – enough to potentially influence the outcome. So some parties are trying to win votes by taking sides in the war next door.
