Georgia has become one of the first U.S. states to begin reopening non-essential businesses. Gyms, bowling alleys and tattoo parlors are among the businesses that can now go back to work. Restaurants and theaters also reopen Monday. But as CGTN’s Dan Williams reports, that decision has not been universally welcomed.
