    On his final day at the G7 summit in the United Kingdom, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau insisted there was a coordinated approach coming between Canada and its allies to tackle China’s growing global influence.

    China has long been asserting its economic influence over developing nations. Canada and its allies are trying to counter that by offering billions in financing to those countries.

    But as Abigail Bimman reports, those plans remain vague amid potential disagreements among leaders on how to tame Beijing’s ambitions.
