Foreign ministers from the world’s leading economies – the so-called G20 group of nations – are gathering on the Indonesian island of Bali for talks.
The war in Ukraine and the global food crisis will take centre stage.
However, those talks will be overshadowed by the discussion that will not be happening, as the United States has made it clear that Secretary of State Antony Blinken will not be meeting one-on-one with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.
