    It’s been 10 years since a deadly magnitude-9 earthquake struck off Japan’s northeastern coast, triggering a tsunami and a nuclear reactor meltdown in Fukushima prefecture. It’s seen as one of the gravest crises in Japan’s post-World War Two history. Terrence Terashima reports from Fukushima city.
