Commuters were being offered free #masks and hand sanitiser in the larger #Paris metro stations on Monday, as France begins the phase 1 of the lockdown exit and Parisians slowly start going back to work.
Autonomous Parisian Transportation Administration (RATP) staff can be seen at Chatelet les Halles station carrying hand sanitiser gel dispensers and distributing masks and leaflets.
Inside the trains, stickers were put on the floors and benches to advise on social distancing measures, as about 75% of Paris public transport network is now back on running.
Masks are compulsory on trains, buses and also taxis in #France as of May 11.
