France marks one year anniversary of the Paris attacks

France will mark the first anniversary of the attacks in Paris where 130 people were killed by a group of ISIL-supporters.
British musician Sting is set to perform a one-hour charity concert to re-open the Bataclan theatre, where most of the people were killed.
