    The French parliament is expected to approve a controversial new climate change bill later on Tuesday.

    President Emmanuel Macron is trying to slash greenhouse gas emissions ahead of a deadline in 2030.

    But, as Al Jazeera’s Natacha Butler reports, environmental groups say it does not go far enough.
