It began as a book written by a son in tribute to his father. Now Oscar-winning Spanish director Fernando Trueba has tried his hand at a film adaptation of the personal memoir “Forgotten We’ll Be”. Also known under its UK title “Memories of My Father”, it’s based on the true story of Colombian public health activist Héctor Abad Gómez.
