Video filmed in the city of Shenyang, northeast China’s Liaoning Province, on January 18 shows a fireman rescuing a man hanging upside-down out of a 13th-floor window.

After about two minutes, the man was pulled to safety. According to reports, the man ran out of the window as he was really upset. The man only suffered some scratches.
