Fiat Chrysler to invest $1 billion in two US plants

US President-elect Donald Trump has the auto industry in an uproar, suggesting a possible 35% border tax against cars built in Mexico and sold in the US. Meanwhile Fiat Chrysler announces it will spend $1 billion on existing Michigan and Ohio plants, a move it says was not linked to Trump’s policies at all.
