Federal Parliament resumes in Canberra today and in many ways, it is going to reflect the disruption around the country. Due to the COVID-19 outbreaks in Sydney and Brisbane, key ministers, including the leader of the Lower House, Peter Dutton, won’t be able to attend, while many others will be dialling in remotely due to cross border travel restrictions. Our political reporter James Glenday reports.
