Russian authorities have declared a day of mourning following a school shooting that killed nine people, seven of whom were school children. President Vladimir Putin has expressed his condolences and ordered a review of gun control laws. The shooting in the central city of Kazan on Tuesday was one of the worst in recent Russian history. Of the 20 people sent to hospital, 18 were students. Officials identified the shooter as a former student at a local university who was expelled for poor academic performance.CGTN YouTube Channel
