FAST is short for “Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Radio Telescope,” the largest of its kind in the world. Starting March 31, 2021, FAST welcomed applications for observation from astronomers all over the world. FAST is located in southwest China’s Guizhou Province, at an average altitude of 1,100 meters. #WhatsupGuizhou
