    The family of a Palestinian prisoner, who died in Israeli custody earlier this month, says it is planning international legal action to have his body returned. Kamal Abu Waar is one of the seven prisoners whose bodies are being withheld, on what Israel says are national security grounds. Al Jazeera’s Harry Fawcett reports from West Jerusalem. –
