While Telstra Tower will continue to supply radio and TV coverage to the ACT, its tourist operations have been put on hold indefinitely — a move no-one expected when it temporarily closed a few months ago for safety repairs.

But Telstra hopes this extra time to consult with the ACT government, tourism operators and traditional owners will eventually rejuvenate the attraction.
