Exxon Mobil earned 3 cents per share for the fourth quarter, beating the 1 cent a share consensus estimate. Revenue came in below Wall Street forecasts. Exxon is expected to announce board changes as soon as today following discussions with investor D.E. Shaw, according to people familiar with the matter who spoke to The Wall Street Journal. D.E. Shaw has been pushing Exxon to cut costs and protect its dividend. Exxon shares rose 2% in premarket trading. CNBC’s Jim Cramer and David Faber discuss.
