Experts fear second wave without testing and tracing in place

Researchers fear Europe could face a second wave as countries start to ease lockdown. Muhammad Munir, virologist and lecturer in biomedicine, Lancaster University, warns that until the infrastructure for mass testing and contact tracing is in place, it would too early to ease the draconian social distancing measures.
