For more: New numbers from the National Bureau of Statistics show that China’s economy recovered more from the coronavirus pandemic in the third quarter, up 4.9 percent from a year ago. A professor at the London School of Economics & Political Science, Ron Anderson, says that the data was basically in line with his expectations. He also said that China’s economy has continued its steady recovery and significant results have been delivered in coordinating epidemic prevention and development. Anderson also said that with policy normalization, the recovery will largely depend on improved consumption.
