Chinese President Xi Jinping says China always places China-Cuba relations in a special position in its diplomacy. Han Han, secretary general of the Center for Cuban Studies of the Institute of Latin American Studies under the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, says that since the two nations established diplomatic relations in the 1960s, they have been developing healthy economy and trade relations.
